We like to hear what our learners think about the college so that we can continuously improve and we use the following forms of communication to achieve this aim.


Mid-course and End of Course Student Surveys


We hold student surveys mid-course and at the end of each programme to get feedback on courses, tutors, the college and more.


Learner Voice


Learner Voice allows every student to have their say using either or both of the following forms of feedback:


End of lesson support/feedback form for each session attended
Feedback to Course Student Representative
Students select a Learner Representative from their course who is responsible for collecting continuous feedback and meets with the course tutors and college management weekly throughout the course to pass on the feedback and agree remedial action where necessary.


Complaints or Compliments


Any suggestions, praise or complaints can be fed to the College using the Complaints, Suggestions and Compliments Form available at our reception desks or on the college website.
